Kevin Chapman

I have lived in Windsor for the last 27 years having moved here from West London.  I gained considerable experience in delivering front line services during the 38 years I worked for The London Borough of Hounslow. Part of which was as the Head of Environmental Direct Services division. I believe that I can use these skills along with my passion for providing good front line services to benefit the Council and the residents of Windsor.

Carole Da Costa

I have lived in the same house in Windsor for nearly eighteen years. I’m married to Wisdom and have a daughter, two sons, two step sons and an amazing grandson. Oh let’s not forget the three dogs.

I work for the NHS as a community midwife here in the Windsor area. I’m involved with the Windsor Neighbourhood Plan with a special interest in creating a community-centred Dedworth.

I plan to fight for better early year services and will support any plans to keep the Bright Starts Nursery open.

I will fight to keep services at Heatherwood Hospital, and the return of some of the lost services.

I will support members of the fire service in keeping a fire station in Windsor.

If elected I will support you and our town Windsor, making it the best it can be for you and future generations.

Jon Davey

Hi, I’m Jon Davey, a straight talking northerner who has lived in Windsor for nearly 20 years.  I love Windsor but am bored of the Tory dictatorship. 47 of 57 councillors are Tories… If you like it dog eat dog then vote Tory. Me, I want to live in a community where the big dogs ensure the best for Windsor not just themselves.  See my website to find out more about me

Franco De Luca

I have lived in Windsor for 8 years, and am 38 years old..

Born in Taplow to Italian immigrant parents I have a love of my town Windsor and country England and the opportunitys it has given my family.

I run a business in Berkshire employing local people.

I am a keen follower of local issues regarding planning and business, with a keen interest in environmental and youth issues.

If elected I promise to campaign for the concerns of local residents in Park Ward and to serve with integrity energy and passion at all times.
